Terms of Use

Terms for reading Got Ur Web educational content and using its browser-local demonstration tools.

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern use of the public information and browser-local tools on goturweb.com. They do not create a client relationship, statement of work, service guarantee, or obligation to respond.

2. Independent project

The current Got Ur Web site is a new independent project. It does not represent a previous operator of the domain, and historical people, clients, contacts, or claims should not be attributed to it.

3. Educational content

Field notes describe general web strategy, content, accessibility, migration, performance, and stewardship practices. They are not legal, security, financial, accessibility-certification, or project-specific professional advice.

4. Local tools

The project outline and contact demo operate locally. Users are responsible for keeping copies they need. Clearing browser data may permanently remove a saved outline. The site does not promise transmission, receipt, backup, or confidentiality of text entered into local forms.

5. Permitted use

Visitors may read, link to, and quote short attributed excerpts. Automated access must not impair availability, bypass controls, collect personal data, or falsely present the content as another organisation’s work.

6. Intellectual property

Original text, layout, and visual assets in the current project are protected to the extent allowed by applicable law. Third-party names and technologies remain property of their respective owners. No client ownership is claimed.

7. External services

External links and font delivery may involve third parties with independent terms. The site does not control their availability, content, security, or data practices.

8. No warranties

The site is provided as available. Accuracy and accessibility are maintained in good faith, but uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, search position, commercial outcome, or suitability for a particular project is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on educational content, local browser data loss, or third-party services. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.

10. Changes and contact

Terms may change when the site’s functionality or operating arrangement changes. Continued use after publication of revised terms indicates acceptance where legally effective. Questions: [email protected].
